1. General Rules

3.3 KYC Verification

bgd33e follows a KYC (Know Your Customer) policy. Before processing a withdrawal request or whenever required, we may ask for a copy of your national identity card, passport or driving licence. If documents are not submitted within the specified time, the account may be temporarily suspended.

4. Account Security

bgd33e offers various bonuses and promotional offers for new and regular players. By accepting a bonus, the following terms apply automatically:

6.1 Welcome Bonus

The bgd33e welcome bonus is up to 200% on the first deposit, with a maximum of ৳5,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳2,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳3,000. Depositing ৳6,000 or more gives the maximum ৳5,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳11,000.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

After receiving the welcome bonus, the bonus amount must be wagered 15 times (15x) before becoming eligible for withdrawal. For example, if you receive a ৳2,000 bonus, you must complete a total of ৳30,000 in bets.

6.3 General Bonus Terms

• A bonus can only be claimed once and the same bonus cannot be used across multiple accounts.
• If wagering requirements are not met within the specified time limit, the bonus will be cancelled.
• If bonus fraud or manipulation is detected, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.

7. Gaming Rules

You may also request closure of your account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon account closure, the available real balance (excluding bonus balance) will be returned, provided there are no issues of fraud or breach of terms.

10. Limitation of Liability
